| Description | The project consists of: removal and replacement of the wood athletic flooring in the High School Gym. A single stipulated sum bid will be received for all work. A Bid Bond and Performance Bond will be required. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers, or to waive any informalities in the bidding. The Successful bidder must agree to conform to the current rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. Attention is called to the provisions of Equal Employment Opportunity. Contractor shall not pay less the prevailing rates of wages as determined by the Illinois Department of Labor to all laborers, workers and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirments of the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) |
