Video Security System Upgrade and Installation

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to provide and install additional security cameras equipment, hardware, and software to upgrade the current video security system. Offerors may include several options in their proposal. This project will require the assistance of Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP, 8555 Magellan Parkway, Suite 100, Richmond, VA 23227 to complete the project. A camera system for the Training Department trailer located across from the Pamunkey Regional Jail will be discussed during negotiations with selected Offerors. The County further reserves the right to reject any proposal if the evidence submitted by, or investigations of, such Offeror fails to satisfy the County that such Offeror is properly qualified to carry out the obligations of the contract and to provide the services and/or furnish the goods contemplated therein.
