Gage Canal Multi-Purpose Recreational Trail / Riverside

Includes a class I asphaltic concrete paved trail and a stabilized decomposed granite trail within an existing City-owned water utility easement. The trail corridor will feature amenities including entry plazas, trailhead seating, bicycle racks, and interpretive signage, and solar lighting. Includes installation of High-Intensity Activated Crosswalk (HAWK) street crossing including signage and striping located at the Columbia Avenue intersection of the trail improvements. Includes all planting and irrigation of native groundcovers, shrubs, and trees with multiple solar smart controllers throughout the project site as specified in the plans.
