Skate Park Chainlink Fence Fabric Replacement

The City of Maquoketa is seeking sealed bids to replace the chainlink fence fabric that surrounds the perimeter of the Skate Park 468 l.f. of 2" mesh x 9 ga. x 10' high chainlink fabric. 9 ga. ties. 8' wide x 10' high double swing gate with a pioneer latch. The new fabric will be installed on the inside of the existing posts/rails. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, quotes, either all or in part, waive informalities and make a decision that best suits its application. Please keep in mind that sales tax does not pertain to municipal work and should not be included in your bid. your bid(s) shall be for a complete and not-to-exceed amount. All bids shall be good for 30 days after the bid opening. For any questions to be considered, they must include all required information and prices. Timeline: All work is to be completed no later than Friday, April 28, 2023. Forms: These instruction/bid forms (attached) must be filled out and used to submit your bids. Notes: Public Works will remove the existing fence fabric and dispose of.
