Instrumentation and Electrical Bay Enclosures

Enclose two (2) bays and install four (4) roll-up doors on the Instrumentation and Electrical (I&E) groups outside storage/work area located at the Brunswick County Public Utilities Operation Center, 250 Grey Water Road NE, Supply, NC 28462. Alternate #1 consists of enclosing three (3) bays and installing six (6) roll-up doors. Both the Base Bid and Alternate #1 will be shown on Bid Acceptance Form attached hereto. It is the County’s intent to match the color and style of other existing enclosed structures on site. The original 40’x200’x16’ Rockford Manufacturing steel structure, which consists of eight (8) open bays, was constructed in 2013. This structure was designed and built to accommodate future full enclosures of the open bays; details attached. This building houses various electrical equipment and vehicles. Enclosing these bays will provide better security for stored equipment as well as additional employee workspace.
