1. Code Improvements and Partial Roof Replacement for Sayles School. 2. Work generally includes the following: - Removal of existing asphalt shingle roof system down to the existing roof deck and the installation of a new 50 year asphalt shingle roof system of approximately 32,000 sq. ft. - Installation of twelve exterior aluminum doors and 7 interior wood doors. - Installation of a new fire alarm panel and integration with existing appliances. - Improvements and code updates to the existing elevator, elevator shaft and elevator machine room.
