Description

This project includes grading the area to the immediate west of the Runway 10 Glideslope (glideslope critical area), as well as improving roadway access to the Runway 10 approach lighting system and other NAVAID equipment. Additionally, this project includes in-place embankment, installation of drainage structures, new concrete barrier wall and foundation and related concrete drainage flumes, retrofitting slope drains, construction of new electrical/communication infrastructure, removal, and replacement of existing glideslope foundation and shelter, refurbishing existing glideslope tower, removing, and replacing electrical equipment in RSA and grassing of entire area disturbed during grading operations.
