Description

Project is to develop conceptual plans, final site/layout plans, provide equipment, and installation for the renovation of the inclusive playground located at Bear Branch Park located at 5200 Research Forest Dr, The Woodlands, TX 77381. Design and install developmentally appropriate inclusive playground (ages 2-5 and ages 5-12) for children with and without disabilities that: 1. Incorporates high play value (physical, cognitive, and social development) 2. Be used by all in the least restrictive environment 3. Attract users to visit the facility multiple times 4. Complementary to the environment and the overall park surroundings. 5. Meet and/or exceed all applicable standards: ADA, CPSC, ASTM, ISO, etc. 6. Project is delivered on time and within budget restraints.
