UIUC Bevier Hall Window Replacement

Replace double hung wood windows with aluminum fixed offset windows. Provide new aluminum trim pieces on the interior and exterior of the windows to cover any remaining parts of the original window construction left in place. Paint lintels at these floors. Removae and reinstall all window treatments such as shades, blinds, and blind tracks. Remove and return to owner all existing air conditioning units. Where windows are replaced, repair any damage caused to masonry, wood trim and plaster. Repaint painted surfaces adjacent windows where indicated and wherever soiling occurs. Owner will be responsible for removing loose equipment, and belongings from window stools and adjacent to the windows. Contractor shall move and reinstall items in work areas such as furniture, chairs and tables as needed.
