The work will include the provision of a maintenance and management program, including but not limited to the inspection, preventive maintenance, repair, provision of materials and supplies and other tasks and services necessary to insure safe, well maintained municipal facilities for City employees and the public. Services will encompass a variety of City projects, for multiple City divisions in many different environments. The maintenance and all repairs shall be provided in accordance with the highest standards of professionalism, skill, workmanship, applicable trade practices, and meet warranties. |
