The Government anticipates the award of a Firm-Fixed Priced contract. This procurement will be solicited as a Request for Proposal (RFP) with an anticipated Total Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a corresponding size standard of $39.5M. The Contract Period of Performance (PoP) will be in accordance with the number of days identified by the Statement of Work. The PoP for the site will not commence until issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP). FAR Part 15 is expected to be used for this requirement.
