Description The project location is approximately 2 miles north of I-540 on US 401 (Louisburg Rd) where it crosses the Neuse River, Wake Forest, NC. Coordinates to the structure are 35 53'05" N, 78 31'42"W.) The project consists of construction of a 12' wide concrete multi-use path which will act as a connection from the current Horseshoe Farm Connector on the north side of the Neuse River under the US 401N (Louisburg Rd) Bridge. Also, it includes a 6' asphalt multi-use path connecting the 12' path following the eastern right of way of US 401N (Louisburg Rd) to Mitchell Mill Road. This includes 0.24 miles of asphalt trail and 30' of concrete boardwalk.
