Highway Garage Floor Repair The Town of Horicon is accepting bids for resurfacing of the town highway garage floors using a resinous flooring system. The area to resurface is 120'x80' / 9,600 sq. ft. Work must be bid at prevailing wage and potential bidders must provide proof of insurance. Bid must include cleaning of concrete slab to remove salts, oils, and other contaminants, grinding of concrete to a surface profile meeting CSP-2 standards, and vacuum and wipe before installation. Bid must also have a breakdown of cost for the following three options: 1) 100% Solid epoxy primer, 2 coats of polyamide epoxy in a chosen color 2) 100% Solid epoxy primer, 2 coats of polyamide epoxy in a chosen color, 1 coat of aliphatic urethane in the same color. 3) 100% Solid epoxy primer, 20mils of 100% solid epoxy in a chosen color, 1 coat of aliphatic urethane in the same color.
