Woodland Heights Community Center Parking Lot Expansion

This project is located adjacent to the Woodland Heights Resource Center located at 111 Berkley Drive. This project is designed help meet the increased parking demands experienced by the Resource Center. The proposed improvements include the excavation and grading of three small stormwater ponds, installing new stormwater pipes and inlets, concrete sidewalks and curbing, and paving an approximately 2050 square yard area. Other items of work include installation of erosion control measures, sod, and concrete curbing. Design-build items to be included as part of this project include site lighting and conduit to be used by others for installation of security cameras. Language pertaining to the design build requirements is included in the plans. Bid Alternates which may be included are mill and overlay of the existing parking lot as well as restriping of the existing parking lot.
