City Park Fence Installation

1.Installation of approximately 990 feet of powder coated aluminum fencing, black 2.Fencing to be located on property line as shown on Attachment A “Fence Map” 3.Fencing style to match fence depicted in reference picture, Attachment B “Fence Reference Pictures” 4.Fencing to be 3’ in height with an intermediate rail 6” from the top railing 5.The City is also requesting that alternative bids be submitted for the installation of a fence 4’ in height. The City will determine whether to install a 3’ or 4’ fence based on sight aesthetics and budget restraints. 6.2” Square fence posts w/ cap to be 6’ on center and set in 8” x 18” concrete footings 7.Spindles to be ¾” square at 4 ½” on center 8.Provide for (3) pedestrian openings, 4’ in width, along fence line at locations shown in Attachment A 9.Install (1) vehicular swing gate at location shown in Attachment A and verified in the field with City staff to accommodate future driveway location 10.Swing gate to have mechanism to allow for controlled access 11.Swing gate to provide for 24’ width vehicular access 12.Swing gate to be powdered coated aluminum, black 13.Swing gate posts to be powder coated aluminum, black, 6” round and set in concrete footings with dimensions of 2’ x 2’ x 2’ min 14.Style of gate to match reference photo in Attachment C “Vehicular Gate Reference Pictures”
