Spot prime all prepared metal with Tnemec N69 High-Build Epoxoline II high performance epoxy primer. Paint exterior metal trim at suspended wood ceiling, two metal support brackets at ceiling, metal pipe support, two columns, and angle iron at soffit with Tnemec Series 73 high performance epoxy urethane. Clean by power washing and scrub brush wood ceiling and apply wood sealer. Furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to paint front entrance at Thacher Elementary School, 160 James Street, Attleboro, MA.
