Description

Qualifications from engineering firms interested in providing construction management and inspection services for DC PLUG Feeder construction projects. The Consultant shall provide construction engineering, inspection and engineering services during construction of the DC PLUG feeder construction projects including monitoring of the construction work through inspection and testing, reviewing shop and working drawings for conformance with contract documents, reviewing contractor adherence to MOT plans, tracking progress against the construction schedule, checking and recommending interim and final payments, and maintaining and filing records for audits. The District contemplates the award of one or more contracts resulting from this solicitation. The period of performance will consist of a 2-year base period, and 3 one-year option periods.
