Provide load, haul, discharge, and dispose of aqueous wastewater with high salt concentrations (salt pond water) from various locations. Services are to be provided on an as-needed basis. Wastewater will be pumped from holding ponds located in the counties Henrico, Hanover, Goochland, Charles City, New Kent and Chesterfield.
