| Description | The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, anticipates a future procurement in fiscal year 2020 for the rental and/or unit price of dredging equipment to perform maintenance dredging of the Mobile Harbor, a coastal harbor in southern Alabama. The requirement will be for a mechanical dredge with scows. Equipment will be required to dredge to a depth of 49 feet and be complete with crew, management staff and support equipment including tugs and various other floating plants as would normally be expected to support a large dredging operation. Scows will be required to transport dredged material to the Ocean Disposal Management Site south of Dauphin Island, AL. |
