Description

Reclaim the refrigerant in the 7.5 ton units and dispose of per government regulations. Disconnect electrical and control wiring from the units. Disconnect and dispose of all piping from the existing units. Remove and dispose of the existing units. Replace any damaged or undersized housekeeping pads with new. Remove existing coils from the air handlers and install new coil sets that are compatible with each condensing unit. Make necessary modifications to each air handler to accommodate the new coils. Install new 7.5 ton and 2 ton DX units in the location of existing units. Reconnect the existing control and power wiring to each unit. Install new insulated piping from each unit to the respected air handlers. Install required amount of R410-A refrigerant in each unit and test same for proper operation. Clean any and all construction debris from site.
