Site Directions: Project is located at 320 West Davison Square. See plans for additional site locations. Project Category Code: Windows, Doors Description: The improvements generally consist of window replacement, storm door replacement, interior wood door replacement, water heater replacement, and miscellaneous associated work. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required. Immediately after the conference, a site tour will be conducted. Additional Description: All companies are to be registered with the "System for Award Management" (SAM) on the official website of the U.S. Government. All employees are to be e-verified to confirm employment eligibility. Proposals will be acted upon by Maryville Housing Authority of Maryville, MO at a meeting to be held at the Executive Director's Office at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 or at such later time as may then be fixed. The work comprises the Maryville Housing Authority of Maryville, Missouri as follows: 1. Window Replacement - remove existing windows, install new egress window units. 2. Storm Door Replacement - remove existing storm doors, install new storm doors. 3. Interior Wood Door Replacement - remove existing wood doors, install new wood doors. 4. Water Heater Replacement - remove existing water heaters, install new water heaters.
