Description

A project-specific bid-ready package will be created from the research conducted to reconfigure the Red Brick South, and Red Brick North three-phase and single-phase feeders to improve reliability. It is anticipated that the following services will be required to execute this project: • Detailed survey and civil design • Detailed electrical design • Review existing facilities and one line to ensure project objectives • Permit submittal preparation • Easement legal description and site plan preparation • Switching plan for construction to minimize/eliminate outages • Bid ready for construction drawings including specifications and detailed cost estimates.
