| Description | Aiken Center for the Performing Arts on 126 Newberry Street, SW. Remove rubber treads on steps Add10x20 Broadloom carpet room w/steps includes take up and floor prep. Stair waysto be covered fully. Provide samples for approval by City of Aiken and Aiken community Theatre. Density of carpet should be no less than 5,000 ounces per cubic yard. Removal/Disposal of old carpet & remove old adhesive. Hearing loop system is wired under carpet in main Auditorium so care must be taken as not to damage. Yardage breakdown: Lobby, stairs, 2nd floor balcony, office, library, hall entrances outside auditorium is approximately 525 yard(these areas consist of broadloom & cpt tiles). Auditorium- Approximately 130 yards ( mainly consists ofcpt tiles & broadloom onStair/landing area. Replacement tiles in the black box. It's approx. 20sq. ft. We would like similar tiles to be used. |
