3rd Street Park Revitalization

The work of this project generally consists of, but may not be limited to: provide and install swing along swing set, playground play area border timbers, accessible ramp; pour in place (PIP) rubber playground surface; remove and relocate existing playground play structure, demolition and removal of existing wearing course of playground surface, existing megaphone/sound tunnel structure and equipment, existing playground border timbers, existing accessible ramp, existing playground equipment footers; provide and install all measures required to restore all areas disturbed by adjacent construction; all other items necessary to provide a complete and finished project according to the Contract Drawings. Goal : Setting forth goals of 5 percent Veteran-Owned Small Businesses.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
