20A: 3500 South to 4100 South Redwood Road Sewer

The Work comprises the installation of approximately 8,000 Linear Feet of new 12-inch, 15 inch, 18-inch, and 24-inch sewer mains, installation of manholes, reconnection of sewer lateral services, restoration of asphalt, concrete sidewalks, curb and gutter, and landscaping impacted by construction activities. Work is located in UDOT and West Valley City rightof-way and will affect the following roads: 3500 South, 1950 West, and Redwood Road. Projects includes replacement of approximately 8,700 LF of sewer line in Redwood Road between 3500 South and 4100 South and in 3500 S between Decker Lake Drive and Redwood Road in West Valley City Granger-Hunter Improvement District (District) requests Contractor Pre-qualification Proposals for the construction of the 20A: 3100 South to 4100 South Redwood Road Sewer Project. Bids will only be accepted from those Contractors that are pre-qualified by the OWNER. No other Contractors will be eligible to bid on this Project.
