Scope of Work: The work under this contract includes furnishing all necessary machinery, tools, apparatus and other means of construction, do all the work, and furnish all materials and equipment specified, except as otherwise specified in the contract documents. The bond shall be secured from a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Bond forms are included in the Contract Documents. Return of Bid Deposits: As soon as bid prices have Return of Bid Deposits: been compared, all bid bonds will be returned except the three lowest responsible bidders. When the executed agreement and the required bonds have been approved by the Owner, the remaining bid bonds will be returned. Form: All bids must be made on the required bid fo Form: rm.
