Description

Scope: Contractor shall furnish all necessary insurance, permits, licenses, transportation, supplies, apparatus, equipment, personnel, labor, supervision, project manager, expertise, and all things necessary to perform the work. Prices shall include all setting up, demobilization, trip charges, removal charges, profit, overhead, and all costs to the CCWA. Contractor is responsible for removal and hauling off of ceiling tiles and replacing with new tiles. Removal and disposal of all old material. Replacing all ceiling tiles (2’x2’, and 12”x12”) with new (white) 2 ft x 2 ft ceiling tiles. Contractor must provide with a minimum of 1 box of spare ceiling tiles at the end of the project. Pattern of the ceiling tiles need to match current layout. There are sprinkler heads that cover the entire area of the administration building. New tiles will need to be cut and placed so current sprinkler heads stay in working conditions. Contractor will need to replace hangar wires for light fixtures when deemed needed. Drywall repairs - Repair (2) cracks in lobby soffit with control joints. Repair perimeter drywall soffits at high ceiling in lobby.
