Description The improvements under this contract include the following: Demolition and reconstruction of the 27' full - width of Creekbend Drive and Stanford Drive between Linda Lane and Robin Roads, as well as the alley surrounding Dartmouth Circle along Woodburn Corners. Project includes lime stabilization and flex base subgrade, new 6" concrete pavement, minor drainage improvements, and sidewalk improvements as well as final pavement markings, signage, and irrigation/landscaping restoration.
