B130 Center for Women and Men Remodel

This project includes the interior remodel of existing Building 130 to accommodate the new location for the Center for Women & Men. Building 130 is currently occupied with offices for Student Government, Student Affairs, Veterans Affairs, and the cafeteria. All but the Veteran's Affairs office will be re-located to the new Student Center/Workforce Transition Building in early 2019. The existing Center for Women & Men is located on the second floor of Building 300 and will be moving into Building 130. The Design Professional will be responsible for programming meetings with DSC staff, designing new HVAC system, design for re-purposing areas of the existing kitchen and space needs for the Center for Women & Men, design for re-roof of entire building, and interior finish package. The College has been awarded $1.74 million as a total budget to complete the work needed for this project.
