Reconstruction of the 1st Avenue and Scott Boulevard intersection converting the existing four way stop into a single lane roundabout. Construction will include approximately 825 linear feet of storm sewer, 150 linear feet of water main, 5,500 square yards of concrete pavement, sidewalk improvements, street lighting, and restoration.
