November 4, 2022 - questions posted on periscope, due by 2:00 p.m. November 30, 2022 - mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00 a.m. December 7, 2022 - questions posted on periscope, due by 2:00 p.m. Q & A deadline: Nov 04, 2022 5:00:00 PM EDT. Only questions answered via the county's online bidding system will be binding. Interpretations or clarifications obtained outside of the county's biding system shall not be binding and shall be considered invalid. Respondents are advised to carefully read the requirements prior to submitting their pre-qualification. Pre-qualification questionnaire notice is hereby given that the county has determined that contractor's of specific trade; license class a shall be required to participate in a pre-qualification process and become pre-qualified to be eligible to participate in the bidding process. contractor's will be notified via periscope source, if they are eligible to submit a bid proposal. The pre-qualification questionnaire is attached to this notification.
