For a base year plus a 4 additional year option, the contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, labor and applicable licenses and permits necessary to ensure that refuse removal and disposal services are performed for the McAllen Out-Patient VA Clinic in a manner that will restore a neat and professional appearance of the clinic area. Refuse management deals with refuse collection, transportation, and disposal. Contractor must consider the special treatment of hazardous waste, as well as the environmental implications related to refuse management. Upon notification by the contracting officer through the issuance of a delivery order, the contractor shall perform emergency refuse removal in areas covered under this contract. The McAllen Out-Patient VA Clinic is located at 901 E. Hackberry Ave., McAllen, TX., 78503. Contractor shall be responsible for cleaning any spillage of trash while removing refuse from the site container. Contractor shall furnish and maintain refuse container.
