Contractor for Controls Upgrade Project

The Maryland Stadium Authority (“MSA”) is requesting proposals for a certified installation contractor (the “Contractor”) to install an upgrade to the HVAC controls, lighting controls and submetering system at M&T Bank Stadium (“M&T”). 1.01.1 The contractor will be responsible for the entire project, including but not limited to architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, IT, etc. 1.01.2 MSA intends to make a single award. 1.01.3 An Offeror, either directly or through its subcontractor(s), must be able to provide all goods and services and meet all of the requirements requested in this solicitation and the successful Offeror shall remain responsible for Contract performance regardless of subcontractor participation in the work.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 25 -	Integrated Automation.
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 27 -	Communications.
