Paradise Ridge Drainage Improvements

Flood Control District of Maricopa County (District) extends an invitation to interested and qualified firms or individuals to submit formal sealed qualifications electronically through an outside agent, Periscope S2G, to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) design phase services and construction phase services as described herein. The Paradise Ridge Drainage Improvement Project will provide for the construction of new channels, basins and associated features to contain the 100-year flood within the Rawhide Wash corridor. The Project limits are from Scottsdale Road to SR-101. This is a complex project and, as such, the DISTRICT will obtain valuable constructability input during the design effort through delivery of pre-construction services under this Contract FCD2022C029. The Project Partners are the City of Phoenix and the District. The pre-construction budget range is approximately $500,000.00 The estimate total cost of the Phase 2 construction is $30,000,000.00 Q & A deadline: Jun 24, 2022 8:00:00 PM EDT
