USCG HVAC Maintenance and Repair Ohio

Maintenance: For the locations listed in paragraph 3 full service shall be provided to maintain optimal functionality of the installed HVAC systems. Service shall include but is not limited to: At a minimum, all manufacturer recommended preventative maintenance (parts and labor inclusive) and Pre-Peak Season (spring/fall) system checks. Run-Time and application of the equipment may necessitate maintenance cycles that deviate from manufacturer recommendations. These deviations shall be highlighted and approved by the Unit EO/EPO prior to inclusion in the maintenance schedule. Repair and Replacement: For the maintainable components of each system (exclusions listed below), the contractor will provide all labor, travel and expenses to repair or replace worn or failed parts, components to include consumables such as lubricants, grease, cleaners and clean-up materials.
