WRP Vegetative Maintenance Repair

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Acquisition Division (ASD) has a requirement for Wetland Easement Vegetation Enhancement Services for the State of Pennsylvania, USDA Natural Resource Conservation Services (NRCS). The objective of this contract is to obtain services to repair a WRP violation at the Poliskiewitz property located in Northampton County, Mount Bethel, Pennsylvania (PA). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, transportation, and incidentals to restore the vegetation at the locations in accordance with the Statements of Work, Maps, and other related documents. The Contractor shall follow the Statement of Work and applicable regulations to provide services associated with the original Wetland Enhancement for the associated property. The practices to be installed are: 1. Conservation Cover (327) – Install native cool and warm season grasses in WRP violation area (farmland encroachment) to return the tracts to conditions that comply with the program. 2. Access Control (472) – Placement of boulder landmarks used to mark areas excluded from farming operations.
