Design-build teams interested in providing professional design and construction services for the Belews Lake Park Phase I Project. Phase I of the Belews Lake Park Project includes the construction roadways, utility infrastructure, and maintenance infrastructure for the new park site. The park will be sited on approximately 216 acres off of Craig Road.
