A copy of the IFB, and its related documents, must be obtained from the: Rocky mountain E-Purchasing System at https://www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado/garfield-county; or by contacting Karah Brubaker, Procurement Specialist by telephone at (970) 945-1377 Ext 4104; or e-mail at kbrubaker@garfield-county.com . Correspondence, other than Bid Documents, may be submitted: by e-mail. Please do not contact any other County employee for information about this IFB. The DEADLINE to submit a complete BID with all supporting documents is May 18, 2023, 3:00 P.M. MST. During the Covid-19 situation all bids must be submitted via the Rocky Mountain E-Purchasing System (RMEPS) at www.bidnetdirect.com/colorado. It is the responsibility of the vendor to ensure that electronic offers are submitted prior to the closing time. Electronic offers shall be uploaded as a single PDF file. Any expenditure of funds made by a party in the preparation and submission of a bid in response to this IFB shall not be reimbursed by Garfield County. No obligation of any kind is made by Garfield County in issuing this IFB. This IFB is not a commitment by Garfield County to issue any other form of solicitation, purchase order, or contract for this service. In accordance with Article 5.2 of the Garfield County Procurement Code, this IFB may be cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of Garfield County. PUBLISHED IN THE GLENWOOD SPRINGS POST INDEPENDENT ON FRIDAY, MAY 5, 2023 AND MONDAY, MAY 8, 2023. Any questions about the terms and conditions of this IFB, or any addendum or attachment hereto, shall be submitted to the Procurement Department in writing no later than 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 9, 2023. Inquiries received after this deadline may not receive a response.
