Window Replacement Project

The scope of work for this project include exterior building envelope improvements focused on the replacement of the existing windows. The specific elements of the work include: 1. Removal/demolition/disposal of 22 existing windows. 2. Installation of 14 new windows meeting the attached specifications. a. Three of the 72” x 96” windows will be installed in each of the four larger window openings. Concrete block to be installed to close in the gaps between the three new windows in each opening. b. The two 84” x 96” windows will be installed in the two smaller window openings on the south side of the building. Concrete block to be installed to close in any gaps between the new windows and the existing concrete block walls in each opening. 3. Install concrete block to close the 14 - 20” x 81” window openings. 4. Install new interior trim, caulking and waterproofing to seal the new window openings. 5. Apply new stucco coatings. 6. Pressure wash, prep and repaint entire building. 7. Interior and exterior cleanup including dumpster rental and hauling. 8. Overhead and supervision.
