Description

Request for Quotation (RFQ): Replace Housing Flooring 18 and 22 Roland Drive (Units A & B) Hampton, Virginia 23663 This is a Total SDVOSB set-aside IAW FAR 36.204, Magnitude of Construction is between $25,000 and $100,000 NAICS 238330 | Size Standard $19M Contractors must be registered in the SBA Veteran Small Business Certification Database (VETCERT) as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). (https://veterans.certify.sba.gov/) The Contractor will provide all transportation, materials, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision, and technical expertise to replace the flooring in two residential townhouses. (2,404 square feet each) This contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and prime SDVOSBs shall comply with subcontracting limitation as defined in 13 CFR 125.6. A site visit will be held on Monday, 03/20/2023 at 12:00pm (noon) EST at 18 Roland Drive, Hampton, Virginia. Contractors will meet in front of the building. Quotes are due no later than Monday, 04/10/2023 at 4:00pm EST. Late quotes will not be accepted. Alternate Payment Protections are required in accordance with 40 U.S.C 3132.
