W9127N22B0013 for Bonneville I&T Sluiceway Gate Replacement. Please note in accordance with FAR 9.104-2, this requirement includes the following special standards of responsibility: Welding and Fabricator Certifications o AWS (American Welding Society) QC1 - AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) o AWS D1.5M/D1.5 - Welder certifications that are current for the duration of contract, and welding test records that meet the certification. o ANSI/ASNT CP-189 - None destructive Testing (NDT) - Level II or III certification. o AWS D1.5M/D1.5 - supervision by personnel possessing a Level III ASNT NDT certification for all personnel performing NDT o AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) Quality Certification Program, and must be designated an AISC Certified Plant, Category CBR: Major Bridge Fabrication, IBR: Certified Bridge Fabricator - Intermediate, ABR: Certified Bridge Fabricator - Advanced or HYD: Certified Hydraulic Fabricator at time of bid. Painting Certifications Painting technicians must meet the following SSPC (Society for Protective Coatings) Certificates o SSPC-PCI Level 2, or NACE CIP Level 2 The requirement consists of replacement for a sluiceway gate that was severely damaged. Delivery of upper leaf, lower leaf, rollers on the gates, tension wire ropes, tensiometers and electrical equipment will be delivered to Bonneville Dam near Powerhouse 1 at Bradford Island. No construction will be required for this procurement, the removal of the damaged gate and installation of the replacement will be completed by operations.
