J--Replace Medical Gas Isolation Valves @ VA Montgomery Campus

Vendor shall provide all material, labor, equipment, licenses, tools, transportation, permits, certification and supervision necessary to remove and install (6) new medical gas isolation valves and (1) medical gas 3 valve zone box. This work will require a complete shutdown of the facility existing medical gas system, including Medical Vacuum, Medical Air, and Oxygen; the vendor shall communicate with the facility to schedule the service to be perform outside of normal duty hours (Mon-Fri 7am- 430pm CST) (excluding holidays). The facility will be responsible for isolating the medical gas systems and cutting, patching, painting wall on the 3B wing before and after work is completed. All services provided must meet or exceed manufacturers' performance and technical specifications, Federal Regulations, VA Regulations, The Joint Commission, Life Safety Code and NFPA 99 requirements.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
