Please obtain documents through the means listed in the invitation to bid.*" The Metropolitan Transportation Authority, acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company ("MTA C&D"), seeks to engage a consultant organization (the "Consultant") to provide Project Management, Construction Management, and Design Compliance Services (collectively, "PMC Services") to assist MTA C&D in administering, managing, overseeing, and coordinating the replacement of 19 elevators at 11 subway stations ("Package A") and the replacement of six escalators at two subway stations ("Package B") in the Boroughs of Manhattan and Queens. The Technical Scope of Services for this Contract is to provide PMC Services to support MTA in managing and coordinating this PMC Project and coordinating the work with other Projects. The PMC Consultant services shall be performed under the general direction of the MTA C&D Project Chief Executive Officer. Both Package No. A and No. B will be awarded as a single Contract. Replacement of 19 Elevators at Eleven 11 Subway Stations - E-34052 (Times Square - 42nd Street, 14th Street - Union Square, 8th Avenue/Canarsie Line, 14th Street - Union Square/Canarsie Line, 175th Street, 125th Street - St. Nicholas Avenue, West 4th Street, Roosevelt Avenue, Lexington Avenue/53rd Street, 14th Street - Union Square/Lexington Line, 74th Street - Broadway). The total duration of the Design-Build Contract for Package A is 48 months with 42 months of construction and six months of closeout. Replacement of Six (6) Escalators at Two (2) Subway Stations - E-30645 (West 4th Street/8the Avenue Line, Sutphin Boulevard/Archer Avenue Line). The total duration of Design-Build Contract for Package B is 38 months with six (6) months of Pre-Award, 32 months of construction and six months of closeout.
