Heavy Work Includes Canals, Channels, Cofferdams, Dams, Dikes, Docks, Dredging Work, Flood Control Projects, Jetties, Land Reclamation, Levee Work, Locks, Lock and Dams, Pumping Stations, Railroad Bridges, Railroad Construction, Shoreline Maintenance, and Water Way Construction Technical inquiries and questions relating to this solicitation are to be submitted via Bidder Inquiry in ProjNet at (https://www.projnet.org) No Later Than (NLT) 18 May 2023, 2:00 PM Central Time.
