| Description | Tie up all existing light fixtures and HVAC duct, supply and return grills. Remove all existing ceiling tile, ceiling grid and insulation and dispose of said materials in an appropriate construction dumpster which will be provided by the successful bidder. Provide and install new ceiling grid, ceiling tile and insulation. Design/Layout to remain the same as the existing ceilings. Adequately support the new ceilings per the manufacturer specifications. Follow all product manufacturers directions, specifications and/or recommendations. Thoroughly clean all work areas to include sweeping, mopping and wiping down all surfaces (walls, window sills, furnishing, etc.). Clean up should be performed each day prior to exiting the site. | ||
