Rehabilitate Office Buildings - Architectural/Engineering Services

Renovations and rehabilitation of existing structures and facilities. Compliance with the latest building code including review of work done by others for compliance with applicable codes. Must demonstrate exceptional understanding of the existing building code with the ability to provide a clear code path for each project. Knowledge of egress & Fire Protection requirements a must Application of energy efficiency and sustainability in compliance with the Governor's Executive Order 88. The firms must also be experienced in providing Commissioning services. A minor requirement of fire protection/fire alarm engineering, structural/civil/site engineering. A percentage of "urgent" projects that require expedited design schedules. Hazardous material investigation and design services for the remediation/ removal of such materials as part of the work of this contract. Possible construction management and/or construction inspection services as advisor to the owner. Construction cost estimating and project scheduling. Services can be provided by the proposed design team including sub-consultants.
