Rehabilitation of Potable Water Supply Well #4

The work of this Contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Potable Water Supply Well No. 4 had a 4" x 5" Channel Pack insert installed in 2004 within the wells original 8-inch inner casing. The Well is in need of redevelopment. The Rehabilitation of potable Water Supply Well No. 4 consists high velocity jetting, mechanical and chemical redevelopment and furnishing and installing a new well pump and column piping. The well is 1400 feet deep and is located at the Washington Avenue Water Treatment Plant (beneath the elevated water storage tank).
