ODOT is seeking one qualified contractor to replace existing furnaces and AC units at the ODOT District 1 office in Astoria. o SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 1/11/2024 o FINAL COMPLETION: 1/25/2024 GENERAL BID REQUIREMENTS Bidder shall provide required information on the forms specified in this ITB. Any information Bidder submits that is not required to be included on forms prescribed by the ODOT Procurement Office must be formatted in the manner called for in this ITB and submitted on Bidder's letterhead. Bidder shall not make the Bid contingent upon the Owner's acceptance of Specifications, Plans or Contract terms that conflict with or are in addition to those advertised in this ITB. Bidder must select the "Yes" option on the Terms & Conditions tab in OregonBuys. If Bidder selects "Yes with exceptions" or "No," the Bid will be rejected. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents.
