Design-Build Contract for Noble Local Schools - AG ED Classroom Building and Barn

This Project will utilize the Design-Build project delivery method. This contract is for (2) new facilities: (1) new classroom building: (3,000 gross/2,750sf net square foot) insulated pre-engineered insulated metal building or insulated pole structure with a minimum peak gable height of 15`-4” and a minimum soffit height of 12`-0”. The exterior is to include a 3`-4” high split faced CMU wainscot base with metal siding above. (2) new barn: (60`x140`, 8,400 gross square foot) insulated pre-engineered metal building or pole structure with a minimum peak gable height of 28` and a minimum soffit height of 16`-0”. The barn is to have (1) 16` overhang roof along the 140` length. The exterior is to include a 4` high poured concrete walls with metal siding above. The barn will include (2) 6` x 7` double man doors, (2) 14`W x16`T overhead coiling doors w/operators and remotes, and (2) 12`W x 10`T manual sliding doors. The barn will have 50` x 60` of interior concrete slab suitable for vehicle loads; the rest of the barn will be compacted clay. (3) The final design of the site will include (2) curb cuts onto Seneca Lake Road connected by a 20` paved asphalt drive and a 30 space sheet drained parking lot with (4) 15` LED pole lights with concrete bases. Site fencing shall be determined by final layout and budget. The Design/Builder will assist the Owner with finalizing the Design.
