Engineering Services for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Continuing Contracts - All Regions

Engineering firms to provide Professional Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Services. These contracts may be utilized for projects anywhere in the State of Florida; however, it is anticipated that the firms selected during this process will be activated for projects primarily in the Region the Respondent selects. The Regions are defined as: 1. Northwest Region: Counties west of an including Madison, Taylor, Jefferson, Leon, Wakulla, Gadsden, Liberty, Franklin, Gulf, Calhoun, Jackson, Holmes, Washington, Bay, Walton, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, and Escambia counties. 2. Northeast Region: Counties north of and including Levy, Marion and Volusia and east of Taylor and Madison. 3. Central Florida Region: Counties south of and including Citrus, Sumter, Lake, Seminole, Orange, and Brevard counties and north of and including Sarasota, DeSoto, Highlands, Okeechobee, and Indian River counties. 4. South Region: Counties south of and including Charlotte, Glades, Okeechobee and St. Lucie County.
